PURPOSE:To obtain the small-sized cooling type photoelectric transducer having high reliability by miniaturizing the drawing structure of an external outgoing line by a ceramic stem. CONSTITUTION:An outer pipe 31 consisting of a glass pipe 31a, to which a light transmitting window 33 is shaped, and a metallic ring 31b and an inner pipe 32, to which a multielement type photoelectric converting element 35 opposed to the light transmitting window 33 is disposed through a cooling bottom 34 and which is composed of a glass pipe 32a and a metallic ring 32b, are formed, and a section between the outer pipe 31 and the inner pipe 32 is sealed in an airtight shape by using the ceramic stem 36. The ceramic stem 36 is formed by a ceramic substrate 361, a metallic ring 362 for connecting the outer pipe and a ring 363 for connecting the inner pipe, and a necessary number of the external outgoing lines 364 are studded to the substrate 361 so as to surround the circumference of the ring 363 for connecting the inner pipe. Accordingly, the intervals of the external outgoing lines 364 can be shortened, and the device can be miniaturized. |
