PURPOSE:To obtain an antenna common to milliwaves and microwaves by providing a milliwave antenna at the 1st focusing position close to a main reflecting mirror and a microwave antenna having a milliwave passing opening at the 2nd focusing position close to a subordinate reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:A main reflecting mirror 1 and a subordinate reflecting mirror 2 are provided with focal points F and F' between; the reflecting mirror 2 has a rotary elliptic curved surface and focus positions F and F', and the reflecting mirror 2 has a rotary parabolic curved surface and a focus position F'. A primary feeding horn 3 for the milliwave band is provided at or near the position F, and the reflecting mirrors 1 and 2 and horn 3 constitute a Gregorian antenna. Further, a primary feeding antenna 4 common to the microwave band is arranged at or near the position F', and the antenna 4 has a milliwave passing opening 4a. The antenna 4 uses a helical antenna, a loop antenna, a circular polarization rectangular loop antenna, or a dipole array antenna, thus forming an antenna common to the milliwave band and microwave band. |
