PURPOSE:To prevent the wrong and secure the safety, by updating a file temporarily but generating a document in the final form in the information processing system for updating the file and generating the document. CONSTITUTION:In case a portable or mobile terminal equipment 1 and a computer 6 are connected to update a file and generate a document, the file is updataed temporarily in the computer and the document is generated in the terminal equipment 1 when entry data is received from the terminal equipment 1, and entry data is recognized as regular to update the file in the computer later when a report determined separately from entry data is received from a recognition input means 19 or no report is received from an abnormality reporting means 19. |
