CONSTITUTION:The inside of a copper molding such as a cup or a dish is polished and plated, and a pattern, letters, an illustration or the like is screen- printed on the outside with resist ink with high viscosity and resistance to plating, acid, alkali or a ferric chloride soln. prepared by dissolving chlorine-contg. high molecular polypropylene resin as the principal component in an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent contg. a dispersed pigment. The printed outside is dried, degreased, washed in water, pickled, washed in water, and colored by sulfurizing in a coloring soln. consisting of K2S, NaOH, an aqueous ammonia soln., NH4Cl and water. After removing the resist ink by peeling with a resist ink peeling soln., buffing, drying and clearing are carried out to finish a product. |
