PURPOSE:To detect detrioration of a radiant ray detector at an early stage and automatically by judging whether or not the measurement value with a source of correction beams is on a certain level and obtaining plateau slope for an abnormal measurement value. CONSTITUTION:A control device 3 consists of a measuring circuit 2 in which measurement signal 12 is inputted and recorded 16 and a treatment device 1 which generates control signal 11 by interruption signal from an interruption generation section 31 and outputs it to a typewriter 15. The generating section 31 consists of a timer section 28 and an interruption signal forming circuit 29. An electro-magnetic rack 13 consists of selection valves 18a-18n provided on pipings 32a-32n that are connected to a plural number of sampling points 17a- 17n and a purge value installed in a piping 33 that takes in the atmospheric air, and is connected by a dust sampler 14 and an air supply piping 34. In an airtight box 9 a sampling head 22 is installed, which is connected to a radiant ray detector 6, shielding body 7a, correction beam source 8 and filtering paper 20 and its feed mechanism 21, and a discharge piping 35. |
