PURPOSE:To form a boss part simply and accurately by using a shaft member in which an end is expanded radially and a rotation stopper is formed, and forge- enclosing to burry the end part of the rotation stopper of which shaft is radially expanded by pressing the blank in the bank. CONSTITUTION:A penetrated hole 30A or a concavity 30B is formed in a blank, and a shaft member 20 that has an expanded end and provided with a rotation check part 20A-F is fitted to the hole 30A or concavity 30B. Then, the blank 30 is pressed by using a press and the shaft member 20 is made to penetrate the blank 30, and a part of the blank 30 is made to extend, at least partially, on the upper surface of the rotation check part 20A-F. |
