PURPOSE:To form a boss part simply and accurately by using a hollow shaft member in which a hole or dovetail-like notch is formed near an end, and pressing a blank to fill the hole or dovetail-like notch with a part of the blank. CONSTITUTION:A concavity 30A is formed in a blank 30 and a hollow shaft member 20 in which a hole 20A or a dovetail-like notch 20B is formed near an end is inserted into it. Then, the blank 20 is pressed using a press, and a boss part is formed by filling the hole 20A or dovetail-like notch 20B with a part of the blank 30. |
