PURPOSE:To prepare the titled compound useful as a raw material of pesticides, etc. in high yield, from a raw material which is available easily and industrially, by directly mixing and reacting metallic copper and perfluoroalkyl iodide with a benzene compound corresponding to the objective compound. CONSTITUTION:The compound of formula II (R1 and R2 are H, halogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, NH2, amide, COOH, alkoxycarbonyl, OH, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, aryloxy, acyl, acyloxy, aryl, or CN; Rf is perfluoroalkyl) is prepared by directly mixing and reacting the compound of formulaI, metallic copper, and the compound of formula RfIpreferably in diemthyl sulfoxide or dimethylformamide solvent especially at 80-110 deg.C. The form of the metallic copper is arbitrary, however, it is preferably powder form in view of reactivity. The compound of formula RfIcan be obtained easily and industrially. |
