The mounting is U shaped (24) with a partially hollowed out base between two lateral wings (28,29). A pivot axle (26) fixes the mounting to a vertical grill riser (14), crossing the riser from side to side near the centre of the bolt, so that the mounting swings between an inactive vertical position and a horizontal locking position when the lateral branches span and hold an adjacent riser (8). The lateral wings are trapezoidal and wider at the hollowed end of the bolt and there is less weight at this wider end of the mounting.
