<p>The compounds have the formula I$(5,)$ wherein A represents a 2,1,3-benzothiadiazol group or a 2,1,3-benzoxadiazol residue, optionally substituted, B is an amino trisubstituted group, C is a 4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl residue substituted in position 1 or a 3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-yl residue optionally substituted in position 3. The compounds have bradycardia, anti-tremor, anti-rigor, myotonolytic activities, as well as calming, sedative and antidepressive activities. They may be used as medecines. They are obtained by substitution of a secondary amine group or by cyclisation with corresponding ethylen-or propylen diamines.</p> |
