A device (59) for retaining the power control-member of a vehicle engine in a selected position, said device comprising a housing (63), a first clutch part (60) journalled in bearing means movably mounted on said housing and connected with the power control-member, a likewise movable second clutch part adapted to be set in a desired position by control-means and accomodated in said housing and adapted to be coupled with said first clutch part and release means adapted to be actuated by deceleration of the vehicle for discoupling the clutch parts wherein the clutch parts comprise magnetic means. |
