<p>In the case of a guide device for a hydraulic machine with a multiplicity of guide vanes arranged between walls which are at a distance from one another, every second one of the successive guide vanes is designed as a connecting web (1) serving to absorb forces and additional guide webs (8) are arranged between successive connecting webs (1). Whilst the ends of the connecting webs are connected to the walls by means of continuous welds, the welded joint between the guide webs (8) and the walls is only partially welded, in particular spot-welded. In the manufacture of the said guide device, the connecting webs (1) are first welded to the walls assigned to them and the guide webs (8) are then inserted between the connecting webs and fixed by welding to at least one of the walls. <IMAGE></p> |
