The invention relates to an office file tab system comprising individual office file tabs (1b, 2b, 3b) which can be affixed to cardboard partitions (13). The individual office file tabs have a head piece (1, 7, 8) with a transverse groove (4, 5) into which labels with graphic designations (10, 11, 12) can be inserted. The lower edge of the head piece of the office file tabs is adjoined by an open resilient frame (3) and a resilient tongue (2) which is distant by approximately the thickness of the cardboard partition (13) from the plane of the resilient frame (3) and extends towards the lower edge of the open frame (3). At the end of the resilient tongue (2) is a pin (6) which, when the cardboard partition (13) is pushed in, engages through a hole (14) provided in the latter. The office file tabs are preferably integrally moulded from a thermoplastic material by injection moulding. <IMAGE>
