PURPOSE:To make a thin and small sized coil with reduced manufacturing cost by print forming in one unit an end treating member of a coil and a winding part of the winding core thereby eliminating a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Insulative material is printed on a winding part 1a and a fixing part 1b of a coil winding core 1. Then the coil winding core is turned over and a protective film 2 is formed only over the winding core 1a by printing insulative material. Conductive material is printed on the fixing part 1b to form wiring pattern 3. Then using a winding jig having a coil bobbin, coil is wound around the winding core 1 to complete a coil 4. This method eliminates a bobbin, reduces the number of parts and makes it possible to manufacture a small sized thin converter coil at low cost becuase the protective film and wiring pattern are formed by printing. |
