The invention has the purpose of constructing a vehicle which, in addition to its economical production and without additional equipment, is capable of travelling on almost impassable and also wet terrain and on areas of sand. The invention can be used for research purposes and also for emergency and police operations etc. With some simplifications it is possible to use it as a passenger car for normal road traffic. The two-wheeled car comprises two large wheels which are attached laterally to a cabin. The insertion and the displaceability of the driving weight underneath the wheel axle make it possible for the car, in this case, to operate or move forward; the car maintains its horizontal position constantly during driving, when braking or even when stationary. The blades installed within the wheel spokes, in conjunction with special tyre parts, likewise make it possible for the car to move over snow-covered terrain, water and areas of sand. <IMAGE>
