PURPOSE:To enable setting of the length of the starting lead wire of a coil to an arbitrary length by telescopically projecting a plurality of pins which wind a wire corresponding to the starting lead wire of the coil from a bobbin securing plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pins 15 are telescopically projected vertically to the surface of a bobbin securing plate 8 on the outer peripheral edge of the plate 8. The pins 15 are forwarded in response to the required length of a starting lead wire 5a, a magnet wire 9 is secured to a clamp 10, and the wire 9 is then wound by one turn on the outer periphery of the pins 15. Thereafter, the wire 9 is wound on a bobbin 7. In this manner, the length of the starting lead wire of the coil can be provided in an arbitrary length. |
