PURPOSE:To manufacture of a drone cone unit with very low cost, by using an incorporated diaphragm and frame. CONSTITUTION:In an assembly 20, a diaphragm 6 and a center cap 7 are formed incorporatedly, and a diaphragm 6 and a frame 8 are made of hard resin member formed by hard resin material incorporatedly via ribs 9 and 10 are long holes. An edge member 11 is sticked at the back along the long holes 10, and the ribs 9 are removed so that the diaphragm 6 is supported with the edge member 11 to the frame 8. Thus, after the edge member 11 is sticked, a drone cone can be manufactured by only removing the ribs 9. |
