PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of fluctuation in voltage or current control amount against load fluctuation, by comparing a detected output of a voltage detector with a periodic waveform reference amount and remarkably increasing the response speed of the control for AC power supply through intermittent control of solid-state switches. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state switching inverter 200 which supplies alternating current from a DC power supply 100 to an AC load 300 is provided. This inverter 200 consists of solid-state switches 2UP-2WN and a power feeding voltage to the load 300 is detected at a detector 8. The detector 8 responds to a frequency higher than the fundamental frequency of an AC output, and a reference waveform generator 5 giving a periodic wave reference of the power supply voltage is provided. A level output type comparator 6 compares the periodic waveform reference with a detected output and the switches 2UP-2WN are intermittently controlled. Thus, the power supply voltage waveform is intermittently controlled in following to the periodic waveform reference and a periodic signal is inserted to a tracking control closed loop. |
