<p>A monitoring arrangement has electrical transducers associated with the different operational factors. They are connected to a display instrument with a numeral plate having a scale for each variable. The display instrument is very compact, simply constructed, easy to mount and calibrate. The instrument (10) has a single measurement mechanism and numeral plate (11). The latter has partial scale sectors (12-15) concentric with the needle axis. The transducer (1 to 14) signals are selectively connected to the measurement mechanism via a switch (9). A base signal is also applied according to the scale sector corresp. to the transducer currently providing the measurement signal. Each transducer is connected in the control circuit of a controllable current source (5 to 8) which provides a signal to the instrument. PS.</p>
