PURPOSE:To decrease a video access time by turning the disc recording member, and executing recording or reproduction on a disc recording member with a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A signal obtained from three R, G, B solid-state image pickup elements 3 is synthesized at a camera electric circuit 5a through amplification and correction. This signal is applied to a recording circuit 5c, the output drives a semiconductor laser element 7 and modulates laser beam. The laser beam is reflected at a mirror 8 and focused on the surface of a disc 4. A reference signal from a reference signal generating circuit 5b is applied to a camera driving signal to the circuit 5a and also to a motor drive circuit 5d. A motor 9 is driven with the output of the circuit 5d. The drive signal for the camera and that for the motor are the same and the revolution of the motor 9 is synchronized with a television signal recorded on the disc 4. |
