PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of design for an armature coil by sequentially containing coils having large and small sums of the numbers of coil side conductors in combination in the respective slots, thereby equalizing the all slot occupying factors. CONSTITUTION:The numbers of turns of the coils of bipolar side are prepared in two types of coils 30, 32, of ''3'' and ''2'' of every other turn, and the coils are contained in the order of ''3'', ''3'', ''2'', ''2'',... in the slots. The numbers of turns of the coils of 4-pole side are similarly prepared in two types of coils 33, 31 of ''4'' and ''5'', and the coils are contained in the order of ''4'', ''5'', ''4'', ''4'', ''5'',... in the slots. In this manner, the coils having large and small sums of the numbers of the coil side conductors in combination are sequentially contained in the slots so that the total number of the sums of the coils sides of both the bipolar and 4-pole coils contained in one slot is all equal in the adjacent slots and the sectional areas of the conductors in the respective slots are averaged. |
