<p>PURPOSE:To make construction simple and decrease troubles by forming the titled device with a methane fermenting tank with penetrating means for heating medium, a gas holder with means for leading-in and out of the heating medium and heating, and a balance tank similar to this and provided with a hot water overflow means. CONSTITUTION:Org. matter 1 as starting material such as garbage charged into a solubilizing tank port is made to liquid form and is introduced into a methane fermenting tank I. Here, gases such as methane are evolved, and in order to heat the fermenting liquid 2, the hot water 6 in a balance tank III is passed through the line (g). The gas 3 in the tank I and the hot water led out of from the tank I are introduced into a gas holder II. Here, the water level is forced down by as much as the gases 5 introduced, and the corresponding water is taken out into the tank III and the gas, 5 is sent out into a utilizing system. When the gas 5 into the tank II increases, the removed water increases and when the heat exchanging into the line (g) progresses, the removed water from the tank II increases as well. In this case, the hot water 6 flows out rapidly from a line 24. The hot water 4, 6 in the tanks II, III is heated in a heater or heat exchanger (f).</p> |
