PURPOSE:To true up a plurality of square-cut massive papers neatly in two edges crossing at a right angle rapidly and automatically by sending air among mutual contacting faces of papers on a cradle for separating papers. CONSTITUTION:A blow-off port 19 of a movable pipe 18 conducted from a blow- off port 17 of a blower 16 fast fixed on a machine frame 6 is faced to air blow- off ports 15 between holding plates 12 and 12, and reciprocated along long blow- off ports by means of an electric and mechanical reciprocating mechanism for blowing off air successively. At this stage, since the position to blow off air is moved as separating papers from each other, the separated papers are dropped by the weights of themselves to be in touch with a right angle part of a cradle 1 in two ends, and neatly trued up in their two edges. After a number of papers are trued up, holding plates 12 and 12 are again moved inward, and papers between both plates are pressed and held via a wodden frame base. |
