PURPOSE:To obtain tapes with a lapel to one end, by passing a tape through a pair of finger pieces of a tape cutter and cutting the tape by bringing the finger pieces closer under this condition. CONSTITUTION:Touch the thumb 12 to the finger piece 4 from the leftside, and touch the index finger 13 to the right side of the other finger piece 3, so that the finger pieces are holded. At this moment, the tape 14 passing through these finger pieces 3 and 4, is pushed and swallen out, and the external tape is pushed down. The lapelled tape will be pulled out at the condition of those finger pieces 3 and 4 are contacted, and is pulled out to the left direction, and is cut to the proper length using the knife edge 7, and a tape 14 having lapel 15 to one end can be cut out easily. When this tape 14 is used to paste the paper 20 to the board 21, the paper is allowed to be taken out easily when required, by simply taking out the tape 14 holding the lapelled portion 15 of the tape. |
