A process for treating silicon-aluminous-alkaline ores, in particular leucitic ores, based on the reduction with carbon of said ores in an electric arc furnace for the discrete obtainment of rough aluminium-silicon alloys, on one side, and of potassic ashes on the other side, the former intended for the siderurgical-metallurgical production and the latter for the potassic fertilizer production.
