<p>A conveyor is employed for pressing stations for articles of furniture in the course of production which has a fixed standing plane (8) for the introduction, pressing and discharging positions, and a moveable plane (9) for carrying simultaneously the article arranged beforehand at the introduction station to the shaping station and the article already pressed to the discharge point. The said planes (8, 9) consist of elements with transverse fillets for working by copenetration by means of the emersion of the elements of the moveable plane from the intermediate spaces of the fixed plane. The said movement with an initial push by hand takes place with two combined components: in the horizontal direction with sliding on rectilinear guides (12) with the aid of a cylinder (17) with central application on a base (1), and in a vertical direction by employing a pair of small cylindrical guide columns (3). The machine can be used, in particular, for small and medium-sized businesses with a considerable reduction in costs as compared with the conveyors currently employed. <IMAGE></p> |
