<p>Manufacturing process for a frame (T) suitable for encasing a portion of an external wall consisting of the provision of C channel section members that are preferably of sheet metal or of fibre-glass-reinforced plastics elements with parts turned over 90 DEG towards the inside thereof, the assembly of such members by a mechanical welding process, two (L1, L2) in the vertical direction (and two (L3, L4) in the horizontal direction to form a rectangle, the provision in the vertical members (L1, L2) and possibly in the horizontal inferior member (L4) of some equidistant stiffeners (I), the provision of other members (L5, L6) with a Z section extending from both sides of the frame (T) for determining the exact position of the cladding panels (R), the drilling of several equidistant round holes (f min ) along the wider sides only of the C channel section members, the provision of an anchoring element (L7) for anchoring the frame (T) to foundation level, the design being such that through the holes (f min ) drilled in the members it is possible to introduce any type of filling or insulating material into each frame (T) and that with the aid of the Z section reinforcements (L5, L6) cladding panels (R) of any type of material can be fastened to the outside of the frame (T) with an adhesive or suitable mechanical means. </p> |
