<p>A room-heating and air-conditioning device (11) consists of a storage device (15) for a fluid storage medium based on water, heat collectors (17) and coolers (22) arranged outside on the building, a window element (14) which also serves as heat collector, and radiators (16) and coolers (26) situated in the room (13). The entire device can be erected as a compact, largely preassembled unit and serve as an exterior wall element. One unit is provided per room. The storage device (15) has two superimposed regions (30, 31) which are thermally separated from one another by natural thermal layering and lateral constrictions (28), and a heat pump (39) arranged in the storage medium. The window element (14) contains absorption members (67) which can be different colours on the two sides and which are whirled up between two window panes (51) by the flow and thus, independently of the speed of flow, take on darkening and absorption properties. <IMAGE></p> |
