PURPOSE:To realize the setting of time in an easy, quick and assured way and with a simple operation, by setting the time of the hour digit and the 5-minute digit via the touch switches at the index positions between 1 o'clock through 12 o'clock and at the same time having a display of hands. CONSTITUTION:When a touch is given to the touch plates 3a-3l at the index positions between 1 o'clock through 12 o'clock, the corresponding FF is set to set the time digit via a necessary latch circuit. At the same time, the set time is displayed by a radial electrode 4b and via a decoder. With the subsequent touch with the plates 3a-3l, the time of the 5-minute digit is set to the corresponding latch circuit in the same way. At the same time, the time of the 5- minute digit is displayed by a radial electrode 4a.
