PURPOSE:To run a pump to drain water during the construction of the foundation of a building or the like, by vertically moving the seat section of the pump down to plate the seat section on a pump support in the lower part of a water takeout pipe. CONSTITUTION:A support 10 for bearing the seat section 11 of the casing 4 of a pump 8 is provided in a water takeout pipe 9. The pump 8 is moved down with a rope or the like so that the seat section 11 is placed on the support 10. At that time, the inlet port 5 of the pump 8 is put in water. A drain pipe 16 is attached to the water takeout pipe 9 to conduct water through the pipe 9 without processing it. |
