<p>PURPOSE:To both ensure out of roundness of a restrictor and form to thin thickness, by such constitution that specific rubber is topped to a woven fabric synthetic resin to obtain a material and this material is formed to cylindrical shape by the vulcanization molding. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral surface of an end face combustion propellant grain 6 charged into a motor case 3 is coated by a restrictor 7, and a front end face is coated by an end restrictor 8. A polyurethane resin propellant grain holder 9 is provided to a nozzle 4 and opposite side end in a combustion chamber. Rubber of one kind or at least two kinds, selected from a group consisting of styrene butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, polyisobutene rubber, polychlorobutene rubber and EPDM rubber, is topped to a synthetic resin woven fabric of one kind or at least two kinds, selected from a group consisting of aromatic polyester, vinylon, aromatic polyamide and nylon, to obtain a material, and the restrictor 7 is constituted by forming said material to cylindrical shape in thickness about at least 1mm. by the vulcanization molding.</p> |
