PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus which includes no air into a coagulating liquid and can be operated continuously by a mechanism wherein the coagualting liquid containing capsules formed therein is transferred to a recovery tank and said capsules are taken out by a screw conveyor. CONSTITUTION:In a reaction tank 2, on the surfaces of liquid droplets from an upper core liquid tank 1, gel films are formed in a coagulating liquid to obtain capsules and the capsule containing coagulating liquid stream is transferred to a recovery tank 1 through a perforated cylinder 10. In this tank, capsules are taken up from the liquid by the screw conveyor 12 provided to the perforated cylinder 10 and, on the other hand, the coagulating liquid is returned to the reaction tank 2 from the recovery tank 11 through a liquid return pipe 16. As described above, capsules are continuously prepared without including air. |
