PURPOSE:To facilitate simplified installation of the oil garter and reduce number of parts by fixing one end of the oil garter to a fitting receptacle provided to the housing and holding other end between joining ends of two halves of the housing. CONSTITUTION:Concave holes 30, 30a are provided in the vicinity of a joining end H1 of the transmission case 11, and pieces of thin plate 78, 78a which are integral parts of the oil garter 70 are projected parallel to the joining end H1 from both sides of a guide 75 of the oil garter 70. Protruded from these plate pieces 78, 78a are hooks 79, 79a, which are pressure-fitted into the concave holes 80, 80a. A fitting receptacle 81, which an oil sump 76 of the oil garter 70 is fitted in and held by, are formed above a boss 50, which supports the driving shaft 17, installed at the closed end 11b of the transmission case 11. Back sides of the plate pieces 78, 78a are pressed against the transmission case above and a cover. |
