<p>PURPOSE:To store the cold heat radiated from a liquefied gas by liquefying the air through indirect heat exchange between the liquefied gas and compressed air. CONSTITUTION:When a liquefied gas is converted into gas of a normal temperature and a low pressure, a vaporizer 3 incorporated with a direct type heat exchanger 8 in which compressed air can be fed is connected to an evaporator 1 storing liquefied gas, and the gas converted to a normal temperature and a low pressure is supplied to gas users 4 through the terminal of the vaporizer 3. When the compressed air is fed through the heat exchanger 8, it takes the cold heat from the liquefied gas and is liquefied, then is sent into a store tank 10. The air in the upper part of this store tank 10 is fed in succession through a heat exchanger 12, an air compressor 6, and the heat exchanger 8 as required to be liquefied by depriving the liquefied gas of its cold heat.</p> |
