PURPOSE:To improve ignition performance of a plasma ignition device used for an internal combustion engine, by providing a control circuit capable of feeding an ignition signal at least two times for every explosion stroke to a switching means. CONSTITUTION:For an ignition switch 91 at a start position, each selector circuit 92 is selected so that an output pluse of each pulse generator 43 may be fed to each monostable multivibrator 93 set to semi-stable time, and a signal of a crank angle sensor 41 is series-parallel converted in a 4-bit counter 42, and this signal causes a signal of the pulse generator 43 to be fed to the monostable multivibrator 93 through the selector circuit 22, then the monostable multivibrator 93 successively outputs an ignition signal S93 two times an explosion stroke of each cylinder. Then if the ignition switch is turned on, an output pulse of the 4-bit counter 42 is fed as in that state to each monostable multivibrator 93 through each selector circuit 92, and the ignition signal S93 is successively output one time at every explosion stroke. |
