<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the dehumidification of low temp. air sufficiently by carrying out the pre-cooling of a humidifier, a dryer and a heat exchanger with a low temp. liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION:The atmospheric air is sucked by a gas sending means and introduced into a humidifier 4 from a pipe 3 through a valve 2. Moisture in air is condensed and removed from a pipe 5. The humidified air is introduced into a heater 8 and introduced into a dryer 10 and further introduced into a heat exchanger 13 to be cooled to a desired low temp. In order to remove moisture, a blower is stopped and liquefied nitrogen is introduced into the heat exchanger 13 to cool the same. On the other hand, gasified nitrogen is introduced into the humidifier 4 to cool the same and sent to the pipe 3 by valve operation and passed through the humidifier 4, a pipe 7, a pipe 9, the dryer 10, a pipe 12, the heat exchanger 13 and a pipe 14 along an air passage and discharged into the atmospheric air.</p> |
