PURPOSE:To both attain reduction of energy and prevent a bimetal from excessive strain, by disconnecting the electric power, for heating the bimetal when an engine is started and warmed up, after completion of warming up operation. CONSTITUTION:A choke valve 8 is in a fully closing state before warm-up starting of an engine, if the engine is started by turning on an ignition switch 23, a heater 18 is heated to warm a bimetal 17. Rotary movement of the bimetal 17 is transmitted to a chock lever 10, and a degree of opening of the choke valve 8 is adjusted in accordance with an engine warm-up state. When the engine is completely warmed up, the chock valve 8 is opened to a fully opening state, simultaneously a temperature sensing selector switch 20 is inversely curved to automatically cut off a current to the heater 18. |
