<p>PURPOSE:To make the pick-up of load balls smooth, by integrally incorporating, to a main body, side covers made of heat-resistable synthetic resin materials in a length of one half of the main body, to which holders formed with a load ball guide are attached and in which U-shape grooves for changing the direction of advancing the balls, are formed. CONSTITUTION:Side covers 30 having holders are inserted into a main body 10 by using bolts 63 and are fastened to a horizontal member 32 and a top wall 11 by means of screws 33. Then, balls are charged into no-load ball holes 23, 24 until the balls are filled in U-shape grooves 58, 59 for changing the direction of advancing the balls. Further, the balls are charged into one side cover 29 with the holder, after which this side cover 29 is inserted into the manin body 10 so that the front ends of both holders are fastened together by fitting engaging pins 47 into engaging pin holes 48 and by screwing the bolts 63 into mounting holes 62. With this arrangement, the holders have large supporting surfaces and are formed with continuous pickup grooves, thereby balls are smoothly picked up into the U-shape grooves for changing the direction of advancing the balls.</p> |
