PURPOSE:To simply and exactly install a caisson by a method in which a rubble- mound with an uneven upside is provided, a concrete leak-preventing mat is laid on the uneven portion, a caisson is placed on the basal face, and concrete is charged under pressure into the space formed. CONSTITUTION:Rubbles are charged onto the seabed to form a rubble-mound 3 with concaved grooves 4 on its upside. And, a concrete leak-preventing mat 6 is laid on the concaved grooves 4, and small rubbles 7 are charged along both sides of the concaved grooves 4 to form a basal face 8 with a space S. And, a caisson 10 is placed on the basal face 8, concrete 12 is placed under pressure into the space S from a concrete plant ship 11, and cement mortar is injected into the voids of the rubbles 7. Then, a footing block is formed in the foundation of the caisson 10 to stabilize the installation of the caisson. |
