<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit the flexion of a thin metal sheet as an insert member, by forming a projection provided with an opening, which introduce the part of a plastic stream, flowing to a thick plastic side, into a thin plastic side, in the insert member. CONSTITUTION:A projection 25-27 extending toward a thick plastic side is formed at the central wide part of each lead terminal 22-24 of a lead frame 21, and openings 28-30 are formed at a side opposite to an arrow A direction representing the inflow of plastic during insert molding. When a plastic frame body 31 is formed in a molding method, the plastic flow is divided into the right and left parts in the drawing by the openings 28-30 of the projections, joined together at the downstream side, and filled in a cavity inside a metal mold. Consequently, a pressure difference between a thick side 31' and a thin side 31'' is reduced, and the linearity of each lead terminal 22-24 is maintained.</p> |
