PURPOSE:To firmly form an indication part having excellent surface appearance as a design-indicating surface on the surface of a formed article, by unitarily packing indication-forming resin into the whole of backside through holes and a concavity. CONSTITUTION:Resin injected through a sprue hole 35 is filled in a concavity 11 formed in the backside surface 10b of a formed article through a runner channel 33 and a gate hole 34, and forcedly poured into each indication-forming part 15, 15... through each through hole 12, 12..., to form an indication part. After the indication part is formed, the resin in the through-holes and the concavity is solidified so that wedge-shaped legs crossing the section of the formed article are formed unitarily with the indication part. As a result, the indication part can be firmly bonded to the formed article. The irregularity of the formed surface caused by the temperature difference of the resin can be eliminated by the formation of an overflow concavity. |
