发明名称 PRODUCTION APPARATUS FOR IRON SOLUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus capable of depositing heavy metals by treatment in the first stage, separating the deposited heavy metals, treating the resultant iron solution in the intermediate stage in the second stage to further reduce heavy metal concentration and readily producing the iron solution in a low heavy metal concentration at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A raw material solution 2 from a raw material solution tank 1 is heated with the first heater 4, fed to the first reaction vessel 5 and reacted with massive metallic iron fed thereto and the resultant reaction solution is passed through a reaction solution reservoir tank 6, fed to the first filter 7 and subjected to solid-liquid separation. The obtained filtrate is then stored in the first filtration tank 8. The filtrate is subsequently heated with steam in the second heater 11, fed to the second reaction vessel 12 and reacted with massive metallic iron fed thereto and the resultant reaction solution is passed through a reaction solution reservoir tank 13 and fed to the second filter 14. The filtrate obtained by solid-liquid separation therein is stored in the second filtration tank 15 and subjected to injection of chlorine in a chlorine feeding part 16 to provide an iron solution having the aimed composition. Thereby the aimed iron solution of desired composition with a sufficiently low concentration of heavy metals other than iron is readily obtained at a low cost even if a raw material containing a large amount of heavy metals, e.g. Ni, Cr, Cu, etc., is used.
