<p>PURPOSE:To offer the titled nozzle to bond hollow thermoplastic resin members made of different materials with hot-air, by controlling two kinds of hot air in response to the melting points of the resin materials with a temperature controller, and injecting the controlled hot air to weld the hollow members. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of hot air from the injection holes 37a, 37b,... of a hot-air injection nozzle 20 is controlled at the melting point of one resin, while the temperature of hot air from injection holes 38a, 38b,... is controlled at the melting point of the other resin. The temperature control is preformed by operation of heaters 23, 24 which are driven by operation of temperature controllers 25, 26 located inside a hot-air generator and thermosensors 27, 28 located inside the nozzle 20.</p> |
