PURPOSE:To obtain a crease resistant film, useful as a sticker, which has a distinct hair-line pattern comprising a plurality of fine lines, by sticking a parting sheet to a biaxially elongated film, and embossing the parting sheet-stuck film surface. CONSTITUTION:A silicone parting agent or the like-applied parting sheet is stuck on a biaxially elongated plastic film (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate film), and the parting sheet-stuck film surface is embossed by an emboss roller provided with a rugged pattern at a proper temperature under a proper pressure, to obtain an objective formed film. In this case, the rugged pattern comprises fine lines and enables formation of a distinct pattern such as hairline, waved hairline or cross-stripes. EFFECT:Creases are not formed in the film because the parting sheet is stuck to it. In addition, the film is not damaged, because a back-up roller for the emboss roller is not directly heated or pressed. |
