PURPOSE:To bond a plastic sheet to a steel material at a low temperature, by applying an electron-curing adhesive agent to the steel material, to which thermosetting paint has been applied and cured, sticking the plastic sheet to the threated steel material, and then irradiating electron beams to the plastic sheet- stuck steel material. CONSTITUTION:After preferably water-dilutable thermosetting acryl paint is applied in thickness of 1-5mu to a steel material, it is heated, dried and cured, an electron-curing thermosetting adhesive agent (preferably resin mainly composed of a compound including 0.5-12 of polymerizable unsaturated radicals per 1,000 of molecular weight) is applied to the treated steel material. A slastic sheet is then stuck to the adhesive agent-applied steel material, and electron beams having a dose rate of 0.1-100Mrad/sec are irradiated to the sheet surface so that an absorbed dose is at 0.1-100Mrad. Thus, the plastic sheet is bonded to the steel material. EFFECT:The product has an excellent strength, even after a boiling-water moisture-proof test |
