PURPOSE:To cause the lock of a brake not to be disengaged even if an oscillation sensor or a rotation sensor are operated due to a collision during stoppage of a vehicle by making a signal from a sensor which detects travelling while the brake is being locked ineffective. CONSTITUTION:When an exciting current is applied to the coil 20a of an electromagnetic 20 due to action of a relay K2 after stoppage of a vehicle, an oscillation sensor 26 becomes ineffective, though a brake is locked, as a transistor Q2 is electrified simultaneously, through which a transistor Q3 is interrupted. With this, when the vehicle is collided while it is stopped under locked condition, the vehicle is rocked and advanced, a pulse from an oscillation sensor is applied to a timer 28, a relay K2 is restored, excitation of the electromagnet 20 is released and disengagement of lock of the brake is prevented. |
