PURPOSE:To offer the titled ring whose replacement is not necessary even when the diameter or expansion ratio of a film is changed, by successively sliding each divided funnel-shaped plate along a radial direction from a lower or upper layer so that a lip diameter can be steppedly enlarged. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of funnel-shaped plates 17 divided into two or more groups under a stacked condition are arranged in a manner such that upper lips A and lower lips B as an air-blowing opening inside an air ring are located on the same plane at their lower end surfaces and on the same plane at their tip end surfaces under the stacked condition. Each divided funnel-shaped plate 17 is successively slid along a radial direction from an upper or lower layer with a shift rod 20 and a rotary ring 21.
