PURPOSE:To offer the titled ring whose replacement it not necessary even when the diameter or expansion ratio of a film is changed, by controlling a lip diameter into a desired state with a squeezing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:One end of each arched blade 19 between a base 17 and a rotary plate 18 is rotatably pivoted to the base with a shaft 20, while to the other end is fixed a slidable shaft 21 loosely inserted into the guide channel 23 of the rotary plate 18. The proper number of the arched blades 19 are combined and arranged under the condition that they are piled up together along the circumferential direction. When the rotary plate 18 is rotated along one of the directions, the shafts 21 are slid inside the guide channels 23 to swing the blades. Consequently, an inside diameter D is changed.
