PURPOSE:To provide a tag printer which enables printing easily and accurately for the required number even for any complicated code based on the setting by a key operation by arranging a computing section, a paper feeding section, a printing mechanism, a paper cutting mechanism, a ribbon feeding mechanism and a paper breakage detecting function. CONSTITUTION:A tag printer is composed of a paper feeding mechanism 7, a ribbon feeding mechanism 11, a printing mechanism 12, a paper cutting mechanism 13, a computing section 20 and the like. The computing section 20 comprises a central operation unit 21, a random access memory 21, a read only memory 23, an input/output conversion circuit 24 and the like. It is provided with a setting section 25 comprising a numeral key 4, a clear key 5, function key 6 and the like as an input circuit while an indicating section 3 comprising a numerical display window as an output circuit. The paper feeding mechanism 7, the ribbon feeding mechanism 11, the printing mechanism 12 and the paper cutting mechanism 13 are connected together through the output cicrcuit 24 and they are further connected to a O detection mechanism 26 and a detection mechanism 27. |
