PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency, by automatically inserting a space between each field in case when a designated data is printed, without taking the space into consideration when deciding a field and a record. CONSTITUTION:When printing operation of a file information is executed, a control part 3 reads out a program instruction from a program storage part 1, accesses a storage part 5 through an address control part 2, reads out 1 data record, and stores it temporarily in an editing buffer. Subsequently, a field information of the storage part 5 is accessed, 1 field information is read out, and it is sent out to the control part 3 through an operation part 4. The control part decides whether the field has ended or not, inserts a space code between the head field of a holding data of the editing buffer and the next field, and sends it to the printer through a data bus line DB in order to print it. |
